What is Emotional Health Consulting?

Emotional Health Consulting is about creating a safe space to slow down, listen to what’s happening inside of you, and begin untangling the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that keep you feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

It’s not therapy and it’s not just coaching—it’s a blend of gentle guidance, practical tools, and compassionate listening that helps you to partner with your Creator to:

  • Understand your inner world and why you respond the way you do.

  • Learn how to regulate your nervous system so you can feel more calm and grounded.

  • Get love to the root of old wounds and unmet needs so real healing can take place.

  • Build healthier relationships with yourself and the people you love.

  • Move from survival mode into a life of peace, connection, and wholeness.

Think of it as sitting down with someone who isn’t here to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you discover what you really need and how to create lasting change.

experience freedom and live the life they were made for!

Today, as a wife of 21 years, mom of five, and emotional health consultant, I walk alongside women and men who are tired of merely surviving and ready to live differently. For the past five years, I’ve helped people regulate their nervous systems, build healthy rhythms, and rediscover peace in their own hearts and homes.

The heartbeat of my work is the gospel of Jesus Christ. I believe lasting emotional health is only possible because of what Jesus accomplished on the cross. Through His love, I’ve learned what true safety feels like—God has met me in my own story, teaching me how to be fully present and at rest in His presence.

When we feel safe in Him, we can finally savor the ordinary moments—the morning coffee, the car ride home, the laughter at the dinner table. Real transformation happens when we stop putting band-aids on our pain and invite God’s love to reach all the way to the root. That’s where true healing begins.
